These terms apply to this website and to sessions booked through it. By using the site or booking a session you agree to them. Please read the section on the nature of this work carefully.

Who you are contracting with

Mystic Indigo Universe is the practice of Catherine Regan, a sole practitioner based at Rua de Figueiras de São João 755, 3240-706 Torre de Vale de Todos, Ansião, Portugal. You can reach her at info@mysticindigo.ch.

The nature of this work

This is the most important part of these terms.

Astrology readings, Akashic Records readings, energy work, sound therapy, crystal practice, and divination are offered for reflection, insight, and personal exploration. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services, and nothing offered here is a diagnosis, a treatment, a cure, or professional advice of any of those kinds.

Nothing said in a session or written on this site should be used as a reason to start, stop, delay, or change any medical or psychological treatment, or any legal or financial decision. Please consult a qualified professional for those. If you are in crisis or believe you may be at risk, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line rather than booking a session.

You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing. Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over. Sessions for a minor require the consent and, where appropriate, the presence of a parent or guardian.

No particular outcome is promised. This work is exploratory by nature and what surfaces in it varies from person to person.

Booking a session

Sessions are booked through the scheduling calendar on the contact page, which is operated by Calendly. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation for it. Sessions take place online by Zoom or WhatsApp, or in person in Portugal, as agreed.

Fees and payment are arranged directly with Catherine. This website does not take payments and does not store card details.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information when you book, including a birth date, time, and place where a reading calls for one. The quality of an astrological reading depends on it. Please arrive on time and in a setting where you can speak freely.

Recordings and confidentiality

What you share in a session is treated as confidential. Do not record a session without asking first, and the same applies in reverse. If a recording is made for your own use, it is for you personally and is not to be published or shared.

Intellectual property

The text, images, illustrations, and design of this site belong to Catherine Regan or are used with permission, and are not to be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission. Materials shared with you in a session are for your personal use.

Other sites and services

This site links to and embeds services run by other companies, including Calendly, Substack, and Instagram. Their terms and privacy practices are their own, and this practice is not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate and available, but it is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or of being free from error.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to your rights as a consumer under Portuguese law, liability arising from your use of this site or from a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Changes

These terms may change. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
