Sound, Reiki, Hands of Light®, crystals, and the Akashic field are all ways of working with frequency and resonance, of meeting you where your energetic body and its field, not the mind, does the listening. Each therapeutic approach can be taken on its own; I weave them together in a single session.
Chakra & energy alignment
A 360° energy fusion: Hands of Light®, Essenian and Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) techniques, and the Emotional Response Method®, complemented with crystal and sound therapy. I read through an energetic scan and a short questionnaire usually the first time we meet, find what is underperforming or over-compensating, and rebalance through resonance. This work can be done with channeled information that comes through as I work in your field, or without.
Sound baths
Individual sound therapy to raise your vibration, and group sound baths for three or more, with quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Tibetan bowls, deep rest for the nervous system. I am an iphm-accredited Heron Moon Diploma Sound Therapist.
